EFT
Psoriasis of the Scalp
This lady had suffered from psoriasis for a number of years. When we first met she was not able to identify anything that had been happening at the time that this condition started. When I explained to her that energetically psoriasis represented a thickening of skin to form a layer of protection and that it might represent a situation or situations in which she felt under attack she was very quickly able to identify the event that may well be responsible for triggering the state.
In the session we were able to use EFT to take the emotion out of the situation but we did not have time to use Matrix on the event.
She reported a gradual improvement in her scalp but has been unable to return for further sessions as yet.
Spider Phobia
This lady could not be in the same room as a spider, no matter how small. We looked at what aspects of the creature triggered her and it was the hairy legs and the way they moved. Even just discussing this she was really agitated and on edge.
We did a few rounds of tapping on the various aspects but had nothing to test our work against in the absence of a willing spider.
The next morning my phone went and on answering it there came a voice screaming down the phone "I did it, I did it, I put a spider outside". She was so over the moon as usually she would have got one of the children to put a glass over it until her husband came home to remove it from the house but she had managed the whole thing on her own.
Panic Attack About Travelling on a Train.
This gentleman had experienced a severe panic attack whilst on a train and was now unable even to drive to the station.
We tapped around the emotions and physical sensations about what had happened and also around what he felt had triggered the panic attack.
This took quite a few rounds of tapping with a lot of major energy shifts occuring throughout in the form of yawning and retching.
2 days later he was due to travel by train again and managed to do so without any problems whatsoever.
25 Year History of Severe Back Pain
This was a guy who had taken a really bad fall from a height 25 years ago and had damaged his back as a result. He was on long term strong pain killers to allow him to continue with day to day life.
We tapped several rounds on the pain as it felt in the moment with it reducing gradually in the session.
We then moved on to the fall itself and also to what the injury meant to him.
After and hour he felt it hadn't really changed much at all although my sense was that we had had some quite big shifts.
A week later I saw his wife who said that whilst he was denying any improvement he actually wasn't coming in from work and reaching for the pain killers which was really unusual so she felt that quite a lot had shifted.
